NOLA School of Music is a small but growing school in the Mid City area of New Orleans, offering private music lessons to students of all ages. We are currently looking for a school administrator to handle scheduling, processes, and communication for our music school.
The job will entail greeting students and parents in our waiting area, answering phone calls, writing emails, and following our systems and procedures. The school administrator will need to become comfortable with the software we use for invoicing, scheduling, accounting, and our process checklists.
Candidates will need to have excellent communication and writing skills and must have a systems-oriented mindset. We are looking for people who are proficient with technology and are able to learn new software and apps quickly and independently.
This position is part time, with potential to become full time in the future. Pay starts at $10/hour.
