Our monthly program is a flat rate each month to reserve a weekly time slot. Here are our current rates:

$140/month for a weekly 30-minute time slot

$210/month for a weekly 45-minute time slot

$280/month for a weekly 60-minute time slot

The monthly flat rate remains the same, regardless of any missed lessons during that month. We do not offer tuition deductions or credits towards future months for missed lessons. (See Makeup Lessons.)

Please note that our monthly flat rate is a discounted rate, averaging a 32% discount from our A La Carte per-lesson price.

Any missed lesson that is cancelled by 7:00 PM the day before your lesson is eligible for a makeup lesson. To cancel your lesson, you must call us, text us, email us, or tell our school administrator in person.

Makeup can be scheduled through our makeup lessons scheduling page in the Student Portal section of our website. Makeup lessons can be scheduled up to 10 days in advance with your current teacher only. You may need to check back later for future time slots to see if any availabilities open.

Makeup lessons are based on teacher availability and are not guaranteed. It is the client’s responsibility to keep track of makeup lesson credits and schedule makeup lessons.

We do not issue refunds or tuition credits for clients who have an excessive number of makeup lessons from past cancellations, so we encourage clients to schedule their makeup lessons in a timely manner or consider switching to our A La Carte Program if they are not comfortable with the terms of our monthly program.

Each year, we schedule our entire calendar in advance to ensure that every day of the week gets a minimum of 48 lessons per year, an average of 4 lessons per month. Our monthly flat rate remains the same, regardless of the number of lessons that have been scheduled that month.

Our holiday schedule occasionally results in a 3-lesson month for certain days of the week; however those days will also receive a 5-lesson month during the year to average out to 48-49 lessons total. In most cases, a 3-lesson month is immediately followed or preceded by a 5-lesson month.

Our A La Carte Program is an alternative to our monthly program that allows students to book individual lessons with no monthly commitment. Many of our clients who have changing or busy schedules prefer the flexibility of A La Carte lessons as opposed to our monthly program.

A La Carte lessons can be booked up to 10 days in advance and are pre-paid and non-refundable.

If you would like to switch from our monthly program to A La Carte lessons, please contact us to cancel your enrollment in our monthly program.
